Deputy Governor Unveils Five-Man Committee To Oversee Bayelsa United

Bayelsa State Deputy Governor, Dr. Peter Akpe, has announced the appointment of a five-man committee to oversee the affairs of Bayelsa United Football Club for the next six months, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The announcement was made on Thursday during the ongoing Prosperity Cup in Bayelsa State.

According to the Deputy Governor, the committee will be responsible for providing leadership and administrative direction for the Nigeria National League (NNL) side during the six-month period.

The committee will be chaired by Dr. Peter Singabele, while the other members are Sir Braveman Wodi, Mr. Godson Ekarde, and Mr. Ono K. Akpe.

Mr. Ken Akpolaemi Odogu will serve as the committee's secretary.

The newly constituted committee is expected to begin work immediately as preparations continue for the upcoming football season.
