The installed 60mm FIFA standard artificial turf pitch, with shock pads and a French drain system at the FC Ebedei sports facility in Sagamu, is one of Alansmith Nigeria Limited's delivery that earned so many accolades from Nigerians, European partners of FC Ebedei, and indeed products of the football academy.

For a job well done by Alansmith, FC Ebedei's desire to make a distinct statement of identity and expansion saw its President, Barrister Churchill Oliseh, sanction the construction of another top-class pitch on its facility two years later.

Speaking on the installed two playing turf at the FC Ebedei Stadium in Sagamu, Adamu said. “Alansmith installs only FIFA-specified turfs on pitches for its clients. These turfs were tested at LaboSports in Europe; they have specifications that allow for speed, ball bounce, and ankle movement for players, all tested and proven to be accurate.

“So if one maintains that standard, you won’t have any problem differentiating between natural and artificial turf.

“In Europe, as we speak, countries with harsh or difficult weather like Russia or Eastern Europe use artificial turfs, so it’s not only peculiar to Nigeria.

“The FC Ebedei brand is unique and personal to me; as we had the project from start to finish in 120 days.

"Same as the second one, which was completed in record time."
