Fans of Dutch club Roda JC honoured their former winger and ex-Super Eagles star, Tijani Babangida, as he visited for the first time after tragedy hit his family, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Babangida is having his rehabilitation at the club, following a car accident that resulted in the death of his brother, Ibrahim Babangida. The former Super Eagles star lost his brother and son a few months back in a ghastly motor accident in Nigeria. His former club, Roda JC Kerkrade of Holland, invited him for a recovery party after he left the club for over 10 years with their fans and former teammates with Roda JC legends. He was celebrated on the pitch before Roda JC Kerkrade played 0-0 with Top Oss on Saturday.
