Eduwo, Iwuala Emerge Tunisian League Champion With Espearance

It was a good outing for the Nigeria duo of Kingsley Eduwo and Emmanuel Iwuala who ply their trades in the Tunisia Ligue, as they emerged champions of the 2021/2022 season with Esperance, BSNsports.com.ng reports.

Iwuala joined Esperance in the summer of 2021 after a decent outing with Enyimba international and Super Eagles.

Eduwo, on his part returned to Tunisia to join the former African champion after a short stint in Asia.

The league season ended on Sunday evening with Esperance beating US Ben Guerdane by 2-1.

Both Iwuala and Eduwo were in action and ensured a maximum point is secured having gone down earlier in the game.

The league title was a big consolation for Esperance after they surprisingly crashed out of the champion league in the quarter-final and cup game.
