Eguma Happy With Team Spirit Ahead Club Africain Clash

Technical Adviser of Rivers United, Stanley Eguma has said the spirit in his team is high ahead of the clash with Club Africain of Tunisia in the CAF Confederation Cup, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The Pride of Rivers will confront their Tunisian opponents in the return leg group stage encounter on Wednesday.

According to Eguma, the winning mentality of his players will play a huge role in the eagerly-anticipated fixture.

He said: "The spirit in camp now is high. The team is on a winning mood. I think that spirit of winning is also high. It will play a huge role in the game with Club Africain in Tunis."

Deputy Echeta, who said the target of the team is to go far in the competition, noted that they will put in their very best to get a decent result in the encounter. 

"It's not an easy task going to Tunisia but we have to go, give all our best and hopefully we are going to come out with something. The target of the team is to go far in the CAF Confederation Cup, if we can get to the finals, we will be happy."
