Egypt Set To Pull Out Of 2025 CHAN

Egypt is set to become the third countries who will pulled out of 2024 Championship of African Nations, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Algeria and Gabon last week announced their withdrawal from the qualifiers of the competition which is set to hold next week.

According to the update from Cairo, the Egypt Football Association is finding it hard to raise a team for the competition and presently no coach has been appointed to take charge of the team.

Egypt also complained about the timing of the qualifiers and competition proper.

The qualifiers will take place from October to December, 2024 while the competition will take place from February 1-28, 2025.
