Ejuke Reveals Relationship With Boniface, Eager To Join Leverkusen

Nigeria's Super Eagles and Royal Antwerp winger Bright Ejuke has opened up on his relationship with his fellow countryman Victor Boniface, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Ejuke made the disclosure while speaking to the news outlet Gva, he described how they met at a Norwegian club Valenrenga.

 “He was there for me, yes, when talking about Boniface’s presence inside the Antwerp training complex.

“We have been friends for a long time. We used to live very far away from each other, but we met at youth tournaments and started talking.”

“He was on probation but was not allowed to stay. Fortunately, he ended up at another Norwegian club (Bødo/Glimt, ed.), and we were able to meet up regularly.

We still do that now; I hope to be able to go to Leverkusen soon", he said.

Ejuke spent last season at Hertha Berlin before returning to his parent club CSKA Moscow and is now on loan again to Antwerp in Belgium.
