El-Kanemi Warriors Will Stabilize In 2025 NPFL Season - Zubairu Assures

El-Kanemi Warriors Head Coach, Aliyu Zubairu has assured that the team will be stabilized in the Nigeria Premier Football League after gaining promotion from the Nigeria National League, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

El-Kanemi Warriors secured promotion back to the Nigerian top-flight football after picking two victories in the 2024 NNL Super 8 Playoffs in Enugu. 

Zubairu, who promoted Gombe United and now Elkanemi Warriors noted that he met a very good structure at the club that paved the way for the achievements of the team. 

"I am a relived man. Leaving an NPFL side to come to the NNL is not an easy task and considering the structure we have at El-Kanemi Warriors, I knew we will achieve what we have achieved. 

"The match against Nasarawa United, we dominated the match and they were just lucky to win the match. The team will have stability. The issue of going up and coming down will come to an end."

The Maiduguri-based side alongside Nasarawa United, Beyond Limits and Ikorodu City FC were the four teams that will compete with 16 others in the 2024/2025 NPFL season.
