Enekwechi Finishes Second At Czech Republic Meet

Nigeria’s shot put star, Chukwuebuka Enekwechi, continued his impressive run on the World Indoor circuit with a second-place finish in the men’s Shot Put event at the Hvězdy v Nehvizdech Meeting in the Czech Republic, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The African record holder sealed the runner-up position with a final throw of 21.20m, narrowly improving on the 21.19m he recorded on his fifth attempt. His last effort proved decisive in securing second place in a tightly contested field.

Italy’s Leonardo Fabbri claimed top spot with a commanding mark of 21.80m, while Jamaica’s Rajindra Campbell finished third after posting a distance of 21.15m.

The outing marks Enekwechi’s seventh competition of the season and represents the third-best throw he has achieved this year, underlining his consistency on the indoor circuit as he builds momentum ahead of major championships later in the campaign.
