Enekwechi Finishes Second At Ostrava Golden Spike With Season-Best Throw

Nigeria's Chukwuebuka Enekwechi delivered another impressive performance on the international athletics stage, securing a second-place finish in the men's shot put event at the Ostrava Golden Spike meeting, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Enekwechi recorded a best throw of 21.43 metres, achieved in the third round of the competition, to claim the runner-up position in a highly competitive field.

Italy's Leonardo Fabbri emerged victorious with a winning throw of 21.91m, while New Zealand's Tom Walsh finished third after registering a best effort of 21.26m.

The result continues Enekwechi's consistent run of strong performances this season as he builds momentum ahead of upcoming major international competitions.
