English Championship: Josh Maja Opens Goal Account For West Brom

By Sampson Adedeji

It was a mixed feeling for Nigeria's Super Eagles striker Josh Maja whose goal counted for little in West Bromwich Albion's home defeat to Leicester City, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Maja joined the Hawthorns this summer after having a successful outing with the French Ligue 2 side Girondins Bordeaux.

The reoccurrence of the injury has hampered his progress with the team but seemed to have fully recovered from his recent set injury setback.

Dewsbury Hall put the away side ahead in the 72nd minute before Maja who came in, in the 75th minute netted a leveller in the 89th minute.

Harry Winks sealed the game for the Foxes in the 94th minute of the keenly contested game.
