English Championship: Ndidi Up For Player Of The Month Award

Following his consistent performance for Leicester City since the start of the 2023/2024 English championship season, Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has been nominated for the Fans Player of the Month, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian International was among the players touted to be on his way out of the club due to the relegation of the club last season.

Ndidi's performance has drawn the attention of some top European teams as he has been used as no 8 and he has lived up to the expectations of playing the role.

He netted in City’s 4-1 win at St Mary’s Stadium.

He was nominated alongside Kiernan Dewsbury Hall (Leicester City) Jack Clarke (Sunderland) Liam Lindsay (Preston North End) Morgan Whittaker (Plymouth Argyle) Nathan Broadhead (Ipswich Town).
