Enyimba, Rivers United Face Tough Tests in Federation Cup Last 16

The Round of 16 fixtures for the 2026 President Federation Cup have been confirmed, with several intriguing encounters set to highlight the next phase of Nigeria’s premier domestic cup competition, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Former champions Bendel Insurance will take on El-Kanemi Warriors in one of the standout fixtures, while Rivers United face a challenging tie against Nasarawa United as both sides seek a place in the quarter-finals.

Enyimba FC, one of the most successful clubs in Nigerian football, will battle Ikorodu City in another highly anticipated clash. Elsewhere, Plateau United are scheduled to face FC Basira, while Kada Warriors lock horns with Wikki Tourists.

Sokoto United will begin their Round of 16 campaign against Adamawa United, as Bida Lions square off against Flight FC. Sunshine Stars U19 will also be aiming to continue their impressive run when they face Barau FC.
