Cameroon football legend Samuel Eto’o has been re-elected as President of the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT) for another four-year term, BSNSports.com.ng reports

Despite being the sole candidate in the election, Eto’o did not achieve a unanimous endorsement, securing 85 valid votes, while two ballots were declared invalid.

The former Barcelona and Inter Milan striker, who first assumed office in December 2021, will now continue his mandate aimed at reforming and advancing football development across Cameroon.

Eto’o’s re-election signals continued confidence in his leadership as he prepares to implement the next phase of his football development agenda in the country.
