It was mixed feelings for Nigeria's Super Eagles and Fenerbahce defender Bright Osayi-Samuel on Thursday in the UEFA Europa League against Union St Gillaloise, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian International returned to action after spending almost 3 weeks on the sidelines due to injury. He started the game on the bench and was introduced in the 65th minute. Soyunchu strike and an unfortunate own-goal from Burges had put Fenerbahce in the driving seat before the introduction of Osayi-Samuel. He received his first caution in the 87th minute for time wasting before he was sent off in the 93rd minute for a foul, as the game ended 2-1 in favour of the hosts.
