Europa League: Sadiq Umar To Face Manchester United

In form Nigeria's Super Eagles and Real Sociedad forward Sadiq Umar will have another opportunity to test his skills against a high-profile opponent in the Europa League on Thursday, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.

The lanky attacker joined the Spanish La Liga club this summer from UD Almeria, and he has been able to prove himself as he scored in his debut game against Atletico Madrid.

The Spanish club released the list of their players that will face the English Premier League side Manchester United in the opening group match of the Europa League and Sadiq was among the players.

The former AS Roma player is not new to the Europa League as he represented Serbian side Red Star Belgrade in the competition in the past.

Real Sociedad will be the guest of the Red Devils at Old Trafford on Thursday and Nigeria international is expected to lead the line for them.
