Everton, Burnley, Wolves Monitoring Lookman’s Situation At Atalanta

Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman's future at Atalanta appears uncertain, as four clubs are now closely monitoring the situation, as BSNSports.com.ng has sourced.
Tensions have been rising between the Nigerian and the club for months due to the player’s frustrations over unmet promises regarding his potential exit.
During the summer transfer window, Inter Milan submitted a formal bid of around €40 million for Lookman.
However, Atalanta rejected the offer because of their strict policy against selling to Italian clubs. This decision has severely undermined the player's trust in the club.
Sources in Italy indicate that Lookman is now mentally disengaged and is determined to leave in January 2026. Lookman’s representatives have begun exploring options across Europe.
In England, clubs like Wolverhampton Wanderers, Everton, and Burnley—who are in need of width and attacking depth—are monitoring his situation closely.
From Turkey, both Galatasaray and Fenerbahce have shown significant interest and might make a move depending on Atalanta's stance.
Additionally, Goztepe has made an initial inquiry about a potential loan deal until the end of the season.
A key factor in Lookman's decision-making could be the influence of Victor Osimhen, his close friend and Nigerian international teammate.
Osimhen's positive relationship with Galatasaray and its fans has reportedly made Lookman more receptive to the idea of a move to Turkey.
