Ex-Super Eagles Coach Applauds Ndidi, Leicester City

Though not involved in the match, former Nigeria Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh has praised Wilfred Ndidi and his Leicester City teammates for their impressive performance against Tottenham Hotspur, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Leicester City made a strong comeback to beat Tottenham 1-2 at the King Power Stadium, despite falling behind to a 33rd-minute goal by Brazil's Richarlison.

However, the Foxes responded in the second half with goals from Jamie Vardy and Bilal El Khannouss to secure the victory. Oliseh commended Leicester’s resilience and teamwork, sharing his admiration on social media: "I’m extremely pleased for Jamie Vardy and Leicester with their victory over Tottenham. The joy and relief I saw from the players, fans, and coaching staff moved me so much, I just had to clap! Bravo!"

He also extended a message of encouragement to Ndidi and his teammates, adding, “La lotta continua to Ndidi and Co.” Ndidi is expected to return to action for Leicester next week.
