FC Kaiserslautern Captures Afeez Aremu

German Bundesliga II side FC Kaiserslautern has secured the services of the Nigeria International Afeez Aremu from rival St Pauli, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Former Akwa United player joined Norwegian side IK Start after making his debut for Super Eagles in the game against the Benin Republic.

After a successful out in Norway, German side St. Pauli secured his services and he was able to make 54 appearances for the club.

Kaiserslautern announced his arrival on Wednesday afternoon after agreeing with St. Pauli.

"FCK signed Afees Aremu from St. Pauli for a defensive midfield role", the club said.

Afeez will be the second Nigerian to play for the club after Karibe Ojigwe.
