FCT FA Suspends Football Activities In Abuja Over Death of Board Member, SG Wife

 FCT Football Association on Thursday in their condolence message stated that all football activities in Abuja are henceforth suspended for at least one week, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

This according to the statement made available to BSN Sports is to honour the two members of the Association that died recently. 

The statement reads, "the Football authorities in the Federal Capital Territory have decided to suspended all football activities from tomorrow (Friday) to 20th October. This is to honor the two members of the Association that died recently. Coach Wakili John (Waco) a Board member of the FA and Proprietor of Waco Academy, he was overseeing the pitches in FCT. 

"Only today (Thursday), we lost the wife of the FA Secretary, Haruna Usman Ilerika. Late Mrs Ilerika happened to be the owner of Abees Academy in Abuja."
