FIBA Rankings: D'Tigers Hold Steady At 42nd Place

Nigeria’s D’Tigers have maintained their 42nd position in the latest FIBA rankings following an impressive showing in the second window of the 2025 Afrobasket Championship qualifiers, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

After a shaky start in the opening window, the team bounced back dominantly, winning all their games to secure a place in the tournament.

According to the FIBA rankings released on Friday, D’Tigers remain 42nd in the world and 6th in Africa.

South Sudan continues to lead the African rankings, followed by Ivory Coast.
