The World Football governing body, FIFA has celebrated Nigeria U20 national team excellent performance at the ongoing FIFA U20 World Cup in Argentina, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Flying Eagles defeated debutants Dominican Republic 2-1 in group opener last Sunday before a resounding 2-0 victory over bookmakers' favourites Italy in second group game last night to continue their 100% run in the competition.

Reacting to the excellent performance, FIFA on its verified Twitter handle wrote, "Colombia and Nigeria keep winning! ðŸ™Œ

United States of America U20 national team have also won their first two matches having defeated Ecuador 1-0 and Fiji with a 3-0, with their last group match against Slovakia on Friday. Meanwhile, Colombia beat Israel 2-1 and Japan with same margin (2-1) with last group game versus African champions, Senegal on Saturday.

Two times U20 World Cup finalists, Nigeria will trade tackles with Brazil in their last group game on Saturday.
