FIFA Museum Gets Historic Comoros Goalkeeper's Jersey

A rather controversial moment it was during the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon after Comoros standing goalkeeper, an outfield player wore a jersey whose number had to be changed with human intelligence following after all the team's goalkeeper to the tournament contracted COVID-19, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Although it sparked many reactions from football fans all over the world which with CAF also threatened to take disciplinary actions against Comoros for such embarrassing moment but the case as taken a new turn after the so called disgraceful jersey was given as a donation to the FIFA Museum.

Comoros left back Chaker Alhadhur who played the goalkeeping role goalkeeper after first choice Salim Ben Boina was out injured while Ali Ahamada and Moyadh Ousseini tested positive for COVID-19 has donated his famous jersey number 16 converted to number 3 with what was suspected to be blue tapes to FIFA Museum.

Cameroon who were the hosts of the 2021 African Cup of Nations however defeated Comoros 2-1 in the round of 16 clash with Chaker Alhadhur conceding two goals against the Indomitable Lions.
