FIFA Orders Egyptian Club To Pay Super Eagles Forward N32m Within Two Weeks

The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) has ordered Egyptian club SC Smuoha to pay the sum of $70,000 to Super Eagles forward, Junior Ajayi within 15 days, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

The Super Eagles had dragged his Egyptian Premier League club SC Smouha to the World Soccer ruling body ( FIFA) after neglecting him following injury he sustained during a friendly match.

Ajayi was a household name in the Egyptian Premier League after a successful spell with giants Al Ahly leading them to several trophies both in the domestic and continental scene.

He joined Smouha last summer after a short stint with the Libya club Al Khader.

Ajayi sustained an injury in October 2022 during a friendly game and he has been abandoned by the management of Smouha.

Angered by the non-challant attitude of the club, the Nigeria International decided to drag the club to FIFA after being owed backlogs of salaries totalling ($70,000) and the football body has instructed Smouha to pay him within 15 days.
