FIFA Ranking: Nigeria Ranked 31st In The World, 4th In Africa

The World soccer governing body ( FIFA) has released the latest rankings for August without a notable movement among the top 50 teams, BSNsports.com.ng reports.
Nigeria's Super Eagles who last played their competitive football during the qualifier of the 2023 African Cup Nations ranked 31st in the World and 4th in Africa.
African champions Teranga Lions of Senegal remained the continent's top team and ranked 18th in the World.
Tunisia is rated 3rd in Africa ( 30th) and Indomitable Lions of Cameroon is placed 5th and 38th in the world.
Brazil remains on top of the world ranking, ahead of Belgium, Argentina, France, and England respectively.
