FIFA Ranking: Super Eagles Experience Massive Rise

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have recorded a significant rise in the latest FIFA World Rankings following their impressive outing in Morocco, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Nigeria’s strong performance at the recently concluded tournament saw the three-time African champions finish third, behind winners Senegal and hosts Morocco.
The result has translated into a major boost in the global standings.
According to the FIFA rankings released on Monday evening, the Super Eagles climbed 12 places, moving from 38th to 26th in the world.
The surge also places Nigeria third on the African continent, underlining the team’s growing competitiveness at the highest level.
Morocco maintained their position as Africa’s highest-ranked team, followed by Senegal in second place, while Nigeria completed the continent’s top three.
