FIFA Ranking: Super Falcons Move To 42nd Position

Despite winning just once in the last seven outings, Nigeria's Super Falcons have moved up in the latest FIFA Women ranking, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The recent performance of the nine-time African champions under coach Randy Waldrum has called for questioning.

After suffering back-to-back defeats in the warm-up games their last victory came in the 4-nation invitational tournament in Mexico against Costa Rica.

According to the latest ranking from FIFA, Super Falcons moved up to 42nd in the World and maintained its position as 1st in the continent.

African champions South Africa remained 2nd in the continent while Morocco and Zambia are 3rd and 4th respectively.
