FIFA Rankings: Super Falcons In 39th Position

The World soccer governing body (FIFA) has released the women's latest rankings for June 2022, BSNsports.com.ng reports.

Unlike the men's ranking that is being conducted every month, women's ranking is slated for every three months.

According to the rankings released on Friday morning, Nigeria's Super Falcons is ranked 39th on the table and remains 1st in Africa. 

The Nigeria side who is presently preparing for the 2022 African Cup of Nations in Rabat Morocco will hope to improve on her ranking by the time FIFA release the next rankings.

Indomitable Lioness of Cameroon is the second-best ranked team in Africa and 54th in the world while while Bayana Bayana of South Africa is 3rd and 58th in the world.
