FIFA Set To Consider Three-Joint Bid For 2030 World Cup

With the 2022 Qatar World Cup on the horizon, the World soccer ruling body is already considering the awarding of the 2030 World Cup to 3 countries as a co-host, BSNsports.com.ng has gathered.

Three countries thousands of miles apart: Egypt, Greece and Saudi Arabia are already planning to table their joint bid to FIFA with the hope that it will come to acceptance.

 Placed on three different continents, these countries are seriously considering competing with the two "tickets" already envisaged by Spain and Portugal on the one hand, and Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Paraguay on the other.

The three countries are working hard and the file for the organization of the 2030 World Cup is under consideration. 

And to make the commitment that Egypt would be one of the best organizing countries in the history of the event. 

However, nothing is official at this stage: no application has yet been submitted to FIFA," Saudi Arabia's Spokesman for ministry of youth and sports told DMC television.

Three countries: Canada, Mexico and the United States will host the 2026 World Cup.
