Ahead of the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup final qualifier against Ethiopia, Flamingoes Head Coach Bankole Olowookere has said they will not underrate their opponent, BSNsports.com.ng understand.


The Nigerian cadet girls team dominated and won the first leg in Addis Ababa but Olowookere insists that they will approach the game with all seriousness.


"Our main objective is to do Nigeria proud and make our fans happy with the World cup ticket.


"We will not underrate the Ethiopians because they are a good team who also qualified for this stage.


"We defeated them by a lone goal in Addis Ababa but that does not mean that we should assume that the ticket is won.


"We must work hard and keep our heads up until the referee's final whistle, no match ends until is called end by the referee," he said.


The second leg match is scheduled for the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja this weekend, with the winner on aggregate qualifying as one of Africa’s three representatives at this year’s FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup finals in India.
