FIFA U17 Women World Cup: We Are Ready For The Competition - Edidong

Nigeria's Flamingoes striker Etim Edidong has confirmed that the team is ready to compete for the title in India, BSNSports.com.ng understands.

The skilful forward scored twice on Saturday in Flamingo's 1-3 win over Galatasaray Ladies and after the game, she said they are prepared for the competition.

"From what I have seen so far, we played as a team and I believed we are ready for the World Cup.

"As we have been playing together as a team, I'm sure we going to go all out at the World Cup", she said.

Nigeria will face Germany in the first group match before playing Chile and New Zealand later in the group.
