FIFA U17 Women's World Cup: Flamingoes Thrash Galatasaray In Warm-Up Match

Flamingoes continued their preparation for the 2022 FIFA Women's World Cup in Turkey as they secured a morale-boosting victory over Galatasaray Ladies, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
They arrived in Kocaeli, Turkey a few days ago where they will camp for 10 days before departing for India's venue of the championship.
They played a tune-up game on Saturday against Galatasaray and it ended 1-3 in their favour.
Opeyemi Ajakaiye opened the scoring for Nigeria in the 27th minute before Etim Edidong made it 2-0 for Flamingoes.
Ebru Topliv reduced the deficit for the Blood and Gold while Edidong sealed the win for Nigeria in the 77th minute.
Flamingoes' opening group match will be against Germany in Goa.
