FIFA U17 World Cup: Bankole Releases Flamingoes Final List

Ahead of the FIFA U17 World Cup in India, Nigeria's Flamingo's head coach Bankole Olowookere has released the final list for the competition, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The World soccer governing body cancelled the 2020 edition due to the outbreak of coronavirus but the host India was maintained.

The team has been closed camping in the past weeks engaging in a series of warm-up games to put the team in shape.

The gaffer released the final list of 21 players on Friday evening and it consists of 3 goalkeepers, 8 defenders, 5 midfielders and 5 attackers.

Nigeria will face Germany in the opening group game before playing Chile and New Zealand later in the competition.
