FIFA U17 World Cup: India High Commissioner Hosts Flamingoes

As part of the preparations for the FIFA Women's U17 World Cup, India's High Commissioner to Nigeria on Thursday hosted Nigeria's Flamingoes, BSNSports.com.ng report.

The Nigeria side is one of the African countries that will participate in the biennial competition alongside Tanzania and Morocco who are debutants.

They qualified for the competition emphatically winning all their qualifiers.

As they continue their readiness, they visited the High Commissioner H.E Gangaharan Balasubramanian in Abuja oon Thursday.

The Ambassador took his time to encourage the players and the technical crew to be good representatives of the country.

Nigeria will face Germany in the opening group game before playing Chile and New Zealand later in the tournament.
