FIFA U20 World Cup: Flying Eagles Back To Buenos Aires For Brazil Tie

The Flying Eagles on Thursday arrived Argentina capital, Buenos Aires in readiness for the last group D match against Brazil, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Flying Eagles are familiar with the capital city having stayed at the city few days after arriving from Nigeria and took on an Argentina club in a friendly match before moving to Mendoza where they played the first two matches.

The group D table toppers, Nigeria will trade tackles with Brazil on Saturday at the Unico Diego Maradona in La Plata, the same time Italy will take on Dominican Republic.

The two times FIFA U20 World Cup finalists booked a spot in the Round of 16 following a 2-1 win over Dominican Republic and 2-0 victory against Gil Azzurrini of Italy in their first and second matches.

A draw will be enough for the Flying Eagles to secure top position in the group.

Brazil who had lost to Italy but thrashed Dominican Republic 6-0 for their first win of the competition will have to avoid losing to Nigeria to be sure of Second Round ticket.

The South Americans occupy second position in the group behind Nigeria with three points. Italy on the other hand have to beat the group whipping boys, Dominican Republic to qualify for the round of 16.
