Nigeria’s Falconets continued their preparations for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in emphatic fashion, defeating NAF Queens FC 9–0 in a friendly match played on Wednesday, 29 July 2026, at the FIFA Goal Project in Abuja, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Falconets produced a commanding display from start to finish, showcasing their attacking quality and tactical discipline as they continued to build momentum ahead of the global tournament.

Chiamaka Ezekinugo set the tone with a blistering start, completing a hat-trick inside the opening 15 minutes after scoring in the 1st, 3rd and 15th minutes. Winner David extended the lead a minute later, while Mary Mamudu added the fifth goal in the 26th minute to give the Falconets a commanding halftime advantage.

The second half saw the team maintain its dominance, with Alaba Folajomi finding the net in the 59th minute before Oscar Precious added a seventh in the 78th minute. Queen rounded off the emphatic victory with two late goals in stoppage time, scoring in the 90+3rd and 90+5th minutes.
