Manager of the Nigeria Professional Football League leader Rivers United Stanley Eguma has thrown his weight behind one of his assistants Fatai Osho who has just been appointed into the national team, BSNsports.com.ng gathered


Osho is among the newly set of coaches that were appointed by the Nigeria Football Federation to take over the national team.


Former Remo Stars gaffer was appointed as the assistant coach of the U23 team to coach Salisu Yusuf.


Eguma while reacting to his appointment said he trust the ability of Osho right from his day at Remo Stars and also Enyimba.


" Fatai is a good coach, we knew is antecedents right from his days at Remo Stars, I also played against him when he was with Enyimba.


I brought him to Rivers United and he has been making his contributions like other coaches in the team, I think he has what he takes to succeed in the national team," he said.
