Federation Cup: We Will Strive To Maintain The Momentum - Wikki Tourist Coach

After sending out the defending champion Bendel Insurance, the coach of the Nigeria National League side Wikki Tourist Azeez Audu has said they will work to maintain the momentum, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Bauchi-based side proved the bookmakers wrong by beating the former Champion in Abuja on Wednesday.

"This is what we have prayed for and for all the remaining matches in this competition,” Audu stated in a post-match interview.

“The boys have done marvellously well, they played to instructions and God has given us a day and we pray it will continue like that till we lift the trophy.”

Wikki Tourist will face EFCC FC in the Round of 16.
