Finally, Galatasaray Completes Osimhen Payment To Napoli

Turkish giants Galatasaray have fulfilled their financial obligations to Napoli after completing the full payment of the €75 million transfer fee for Super Eagles captain Victor Osimhen, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Turkish champions reportedly settled the final instalment of €17.5 million, bringing an end to the structured payment agreement reached when the striker joined the club in July 2025.

Under the terms of the deal, Galatasaray initially paid €40 million upfront, with the remaining €35 million split into two instalments of €17.5 million each. The final payment was originally scheduled to be completed before the end of 2026.

According to Turkish journalist Ali Naci Küçük, Galatasaray's decision to clear the outstanding balance ahead of schedule strengthens the club's financial position and provides greater flexibility as they prepare for the upcoming summer transfer window.

Osimhen's transfer to Galatasaray remains the most expensive incoming deal in Turkish football history, surpassing Fenerbahce's €20 million acquisition of Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri from Sevilla.

The Nigerian international has continued to justify his record-breaking move with impressive performances for the Istanbul-based club since his arrival.
