First Premier League Season Excites Calvin Bassey

Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Calvin Bassey has expressed his excitement following his first season in the English Premier League, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian International joined Fulham FC last summer after an unsuccessful spell in the Dutch Eredivisie with Ajax Amsterdam.

Since arriving at the Craven Cottage, Bassey has been consistent in the team and putting up decent performances in every game.

He was in action on Sunday when Fulham defeated Luton Town FC 2-4.

" Another season under the belt! Thank you, God I’ve loved my first season at Fulham FC & in the Premier League, massive thank you to you all for your support this season. We rest now & then we go again ", he said.
