Fixtures For Eight Teams Confirmed For Final Round Of FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup Qualifiers

The race for continental qualification intensified on Saturday as Round Two of the CAF Women's U-20 World Cup Qualifiers concluded across Africa, confirming the eight teams that will compete in the decisive final round, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
At stake are four African slots at the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Poland.
Uganda Edge Zambia
Uganda secured a crucial 1–0 away win over Zambia courtesy of Mary Kantono’s seventh-minute strike. The result handed Uganda a 2–1 aggregate triumph and a place in the next round, where they will face Ghana.
Malawi Cruise Past Guinea-Bissau
Malawi delivered one of the standout performances of the round with a commanding 5–1 victory over Guinea-Bissau, sealing a 6–2 aggregate success. Fatima Lali’s brace capped an emphatic display that underlined Malawi’s attacking strength heading into the final phase.
Ghana Eliminate South Africa
Ghana advanced after a hard-fought 1–0 win over South Africa, with Priscilla Mensah netting the decisive goal in the 63rd minute. The Black Princesses progressed 3–2 on aggregate following a tightly contested two-legged affair.
Côte d’Ivoire Advance Despite Defeat
Although DR Congo claimed a 1–0 second-leg victory through Gracia Kalumba’s strike, Côte d’Ivoire moved on with a 2–1 aggregate advantage. They will now meet Benin in the next round.
Tanzania Triumph on Penalties
Tanzania leveled their tie against Kenya with a 1–0 win, courtesy of Winifrida Gerald’s 70th-minute goal, making it 1–1 on aggregate. Tanzania then prevailed 3–1 in the penalty shootout to book a clash with Cameroon.
Nigeria Seal Passage in Dakar
Nigeria completed a composed 2–1 away victory over Senegal to advance 3–1 on aggregate. Goals from Kindness Chinaza Ifeanyi and Precious Oscar ensured the Falconets progressed to the final round, where they will face Malawi.
