Flying Eagles Arrive In San Juan For Round of 16 Clash With Argentina

Flying Eagles of Nigeria have arrived in San Juan ahead of their Wednesday Round of 16 of the 2023 FIFA U20 World Cup tie against host, Argentina, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The two times FIFA world cup finalists on Monday at 9:00 am were left stranded when they were to depart from Buenos Aires for San Juan. Though, there was no explanation from the organisers, FIFA as to what led to five hours delay but there was news making the round that there was an earthquake in San Juan on Monday.

Nigeria will trade tackle with Argentina on Wednesday in a quest for the quarterfinal ticket at 10pm at the San Juan del Bicentenario stadium.
