Flying Eagles Won't Disappoint Nigerians Against Cote D'Ivoire - Official

Flying Eagles media officer Shariff Abdullah says the team will make Nigerians proud when.they face Cote D'Ivoire in their last group game on Thursday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Flying Eagles lost 0-1 to Burkina Faso in the Group B opener while Cote D'Ivoire beat Burkina Faso with the same margin to keep Nigeria in the bottom of the table.

"The players know what is at stake at this moment that the match against Ivory Coast is a must win game. They have braced up to make Nigerians proud by beating the Ivorians on Thursday."

The coach has charged the players ahead of the match and they know that failure to win means, they are out of the competition, CAF U20 AFCON and the World Cup.

The Nigeria U20 will be looking forward to return to winning ways when they play Cote dovire today at 4pm (Nigeria time).
