Frank: Why Brentford Released Onyeka To Augsburg

The manager of the English Premier League side Brentford FC Thomas Frank has revealed the reason they allowed Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Frank Onyeka to leave the team, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian International joined the German Bundesliga side Augsburg on the deadline day. While speaking about the move, the manager insisted that Onyeka wanted to play regularly . "Frank wants to play week in, week out as a starter; this is a good opportunity for him to do that,” said Frank. The Bees Boss also praised Onyeka’s contributions to the team, saying, “He has been a big part of our success, and I can’t praise him enough for that in every aspect.”
