African heavyweights Simba SC of Tanzania and Morocco’s Raja Casablanca are reportedly monitoring Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali following his departure from South African side Chippa United, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The 29-year-old goalkeeper is currently a free agent after mutually agreeing to terminate his contract with the Chilli Boys, a development that has quickly attracted interest from some of the continent’s most prominent clubs.

Despite leaving Chippa United without an immediate replacement deal, Nwabali’s reputation as one of Africa’s most dependable goalkeepers has kept him firmly on the radar of clubs seeking experience and quality between the posts.

End of South African Chapter

Nwabali’s exit marks the conclusion of a productive spell in the South African Premier Division. He joined Chippa United from Katsina United in 2022 and went on to establish himself as a key figure for the club over four seasons.
