French Ligue 1: Simon Scores As FC Nantes Draw Against Saint-Étienne

Moses Simon of Nigeria's Super Eagles found the back of the net as FC Nantes secured a 1-1 draw against hosts Saint-Étienne on Sunday afternoon, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Simon opened the scoring for Nantes in the 14th minute, taking his tally to five goals and five assists in 16 league appearances this season.

However, Saint-Étienne equalized in the 86th minute through Augustine Boakye. Despite the draw, both teams remain in the relegation zone.

Nantes is in 15th place, while Saint-Étienne sits in 16th, with both clubs sharing 17 points.
