French Ligue One: Akor Adams Fires Brace Against Auxerre

Montpelier came from a goal down to beat the newly promoted side AJ Auxerre 3-2 in the French Ligue One game on Sunday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The former Nigeria's Flying Eagles star Akor Adams was the cynosure of all eyes as he scored twice in the game.

Hamed Traore put Auxerre ahead in the 18th minute and ensured they were in control throughout the first half.

Adams put the game upon himself in the second half as he netted the equalizer in the 65th minute before Sagnan made it 2-1 for the host.

Onaiwu equalised for the away side in the 72nd minute before Adams scored the winning goal in the 75th minute and ensured a 3-2 win.
