Terem Moffi's strike counted for little as Olympique Marseille thrashed FC Lorient 3-1 on Matchday 19 of the French Ligue Une, BSNSports.com.ng report.
Super Eagles forward netted the opening goal in the 29th minute before former Arsenal defender Sead Kolasinac equalised 10 minutes later.
Alex Sanchez put the host ahead in the 53rd minute before Veretout netted the 3rd in the 59th minute and handed Lorient a 3-1 defeat.
Moffi has now scored 12 goals this season as Lorient remain in 6th position with 32 points from 19 matches.
