French Ligue One: Moffi Steers Nice To Victory Against Rennes

French Ligue One side OGC Nice bounced back to winning ways on Saturday evening with a 2-1 win over Stade Rennes, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Nigeria's Super Eagles forward Terem Moffi was the hero of the game as he netted the winning goal that earned Nice the full points.

Despite all the fireworks in the first half both sides failed to score as it ended goalless.

Laborde put Nice ahead in the 50th minute after a decent footwork from the Nigeria international Moffi.

The lanky attacker added the second goal for Nice in the 72nd minute of the encounter to put the game beyond Rennes.

Bourigeaud halved the deficit for Rennes in the 78th minute but they were unable to find the much-needed equaliser as the game ended in a 2-1 win for Nice.
