French Ligue One: Simon Score As Nantes Outclass Bordeaux

It was an amazing performance and victory for FC Nantes as they rallied from two goals down to a 5-3 win over the visiting Girondin Bordeaux, BSNsports.com.ng gathered


It was the away side that raced to a 2-goal lead before the host through the help of Nigeria's Super Eagles winger Moses Simon secured a 5-3 win in the second half.


Senegalese international Diang opened the scoring for Bordeaux in the 6th minute before Dilrosun made it 2-0 in the 16th minute.


Coulibaly halved the deficit for Nantes in the 47th before an own goal from Mangas levelled the scores.


Kwateng restored Bordeaux's lead in the 68th minute while Coulibaly completed his brace and equalized in the 72nd minute.


Simon gave Nantes much deserved lead 4 minutes later before Bukari sealed the game in the 89th minute and ensured maximum points for the host.
